Winter Session 2026
Winter Session is a great way for students to take a course to stay on track for graduation. Winter Session will run January 2-21, 2026.

Registration for Winter Session 2026 will begin on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 9 a.m.
Online registration for Winter 2026 will run until Friday, December 26 at 11:59 p.m. From December 27-January 2, registration must be conducted in person (Registrar’s Office) or by phone (315.574.4037) with payment due immediately upon registration. Please note that HCCC will be closed for all business on December 25 and January 1.
The maximum allowance for the winter session is 4 credit hours. HCCC students should consult with their academic advisor before registering for winter courses. The Academic Advisement Center can be reached at 315.574.4029 or advisementcenter@herkimer.edu.
