This course in quality assurance is designed for Quality Assurance majors. The course provides an essential knowledge base of the theories behind, and purpose of, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Topics covered include the central concept of QA/QC, application of QA/QC across a variety of sectors, the determination of QA/QC objectives, and the methodology in reviewing QA/QC procedures. Students will use case studies to review QA/QC incidents to determine points of failure in QA/QC procedures. Note: Offered Fall semesters only.
