This course is designed to introduce students to the concepts and processes of the medium of watercolor painting. Theoretical, critical, and historical issues of art making are addressed through regular group critiques and visual presentations of historical and contemporary work while providing hands-on opportunities to make watercolor paintings. This course meets the General Education requirement for The Arts.
