HCCC is a participant in the SUNY Reconnect program offering free college to adults ages 25-55 in specific degree programs. This initiative aims to increase access to higher education and prepare adults for careers in high-demand industries across the state. For more information: www.herkimer.edu/freecc

This application is for students who want to take out a student loan or apply for Summer NYS TAP (Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits for the summer)

(Please Note: Current Spring 2026 students who receive Federal Pell Grant, do not have to complete the summer application. Federal Pell Grant will be automatically applied)
