Dr. Donald Gavagan

For his important role as vice chair of the founding Board of Trustees, his subsequent chairmanship, and his many years of dedicated service as a member of the Board (1966-1987). 

Dr. Gavagan, a Herkimer dentist, was instrumental in securing a site for the College and participated in the planning process of the initial building project and later facilities expansion.
