Current students can handle the following transactions in the Registrar's Office by selecting one of the links below and completing the appropriate form. You will be required to log in to your HCCC account.
- Biographical Information Change Request
- Enrollment Certification Request (For insurance, scholarship providers, etc.)
- Graduation Application
- Microcredential Completion Application
- Official Transcript Request
- Update Contact Information (Address, email, phone number.)

- Replacement Diploma Request
- Senior Adult Audit Request
- Unofficial Transcript Request (prior students only; current student may obtain these through Student Online Services)
