Tuition and Fee Payments

RESOLUTION #:  01-01

POLICY STATEMENT:  It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that all student tuition and fees shall be paid to the college prior to the first day of classes for any semester, term or session.  The following exceptions apply:

  1. Student has “approved” State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) award, Federal Financial Aid awards or loans
  2. Scholarships authorized by a qualified foundation, company or other organization
  3. An approved Tuition Payment Plan program
  4. Employer sponsored tuition payment program
  5. Federal Veteran entitlement programs
  6. Other approved state, federal or local government agency programs

BACKGROUND:  This is a new policy, which in part incorporates the Tuition Deferral Policy S, III (SUNY 63-21).
